Imperial Guard Medusa

Right so the weather has been sooo hot and painting has come to a stand still, but after cooling down a bit some painting has been achieved and it is the Medusa that has received the last bit of paint needed to finish it off. So without further ado here are some pic's.

I'm Back !!

Ok so had some time to get some painting done finally. So this is an update on a few things like future eBay, commission and a quick update on the Golden Daemon front as well.

First we have the commission for the Imperial Guard tanks. The first Hydra kit and the chimera body is finished and the Medusa kits is coming along nicely but still WIP. So here are few snaps of them.

Next we have a model that will be going on eBay at some point with a couple others, but we are concentrating on this one for now. He is a Dark Angel Sargent painted with new techniques (mainly glazes) and some wet blending. Here he is still very much WIP.

Finally we have a quick update on the Khorne Terminator Lord. I have made a slight change by replacing the head and removing the purity seal. In short i wasn't liking the old head and the horns were really starting to get on my nerves.

I'm busy

Right over the next couple of weeks i will be attending a course, which will take up most of the day for 2 ish weeks, so any commissions that i have on the go at the moment expect slight delays and little updates.

Imperial Guard

Right so it's been a while but here is the first update for the Imperial Guard Tanks commission. We start of with the Hydras from FW which are able to detach so the medusa cannon can go in it's place whenever it is needed. So here are a few pic's of some work on the Hydra kits and on one of the tanks.

 Just a few more bits on the tank and tidying up those lines and then the first tank is all done. Also here is a few pic's of how the Hydra guns looked when they cam through the post.

Yea back from my weekend break of boredom and straight into the painting chair. We have come to the end of the Elves commissions and what a great commission with such awesome models, really enjoyed painting these guys and would hope to do some more, but not for awhile (need a break from gold) So without further ado some pic's, please note that more group shots will follow later.

More Elves

So after a week of just such hot weather painting progress has been slow and tedious and now the cold weather is back and i'm off for the weekend typical. But none the less some painting has happened and another 3 Haldir Elves are finished and this time some of the swordsmen, pic's !!
